Palo Santo (Bursera graveolens) means ‘Holy Wood' and it's a wild tree that grows in the Amazon rainforests of Equador and Peru. It belongs to the same family as Copal, Myrrh and Frankincense. It's wood, leaves and oil have been used for thousands of years by indigenous shamans to break the body and soul, purify spaces, clear negative energy and prepare for ceremonies. 

Palo Santo has a sweet, balsamic, and herbal scent, wonderfully calming and soothing which carries a powerful energy of healing and purification.
